Title and risk of loss pass to you once products are handed to the carrier. Futivo ensures that all orders are shipped in a way that no additional customs duties or import taxes are charged to the customer upon delivery.

Futivo is powered by Shopify, which facilitates the Services. Sales are made directly with Futivo. Shopify is not responsible for your transactions, including injuries or losses from products purchased. You release Shopify from all related claims.

Personal information is subject to our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy. Information may be shared with Shopify and third parties in other countries for service provision.

SECTION 24 – INVOICES & TAXES
Proof of Purchase: All customers receive an order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
Invoices: We currently operate as a private individual and do not issue formal invoices. Once registered as a sole proprietor (s.p.), invoices will comply with local tax laws. PDF invoices can be requested after registration.
Taxes (VAT): Prices currently include VAT. Customers will not be charged additional taxes upon delivery.
Customer Responsibility: Customers must provide accurate billing information for proper invoicing once the business is registered.
