Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time

Standard Shipping usually takes 7–18 business days from the date the package is shipped, depending on the destination. Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, holidays, weather conditions or periods of high demand. Delivery to African and Oceanian countries may take up to 25 business days.

Priority/Express Shipping can be delivered up to 5 business days faster than the Standard Shipping option, depending on carrier operations and flight availability.

Please note that during the FIFA World Cup 2026 period, shipping times may be delayed by a few additional days due to a higher volume of orders and increased demand.

Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

Temporary EU Customs Fee

From 1 July 2026, the European Union will apply a temporary €3 customs duty per applicable item on low-value goods with an intrinsic value of up to €150 imported into EU member states from outside the European Union.

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, this temporary EU customs duty is included in the checkout price. Customers will not be required to pay this customs duty separately upon delivery, as it has already been collected at checkout.

This temporary customs duty has been introduced because the European Union is removing the previous customs duty exemption for low-value imports valued at €150 or less. The temporary €3 customs duty is expected to apply until 1 July 2028.

Please note that this customs duty is separate from VAT, shipping costs, and any carrier handling fees. It applies only to applicable imports into European Union member states and does not automatically apply to all European countries outside the European Union.

We currently ship to countries within the European Union as well as selected international destinations worldwide. If you are able to complete checkout, it means shipping is available to your location.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped. After shipment, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking details.

Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after you receive the confirmation email. Additionally, information displayed on the tracking page may be delayed by up to 48 hours.

Please note that tracking updates are limited and usually only show the main shipping milestones, such as customs clearance, waiting for a flight, airport arrival, arrival in the destination country and final delivery updates.

Taxes & Duties

All prices displayed on our website include applicable taxes (VAT). Futivo ensures that orders are shipped in a way that no additional customs duties or import taxes are charged upon delivery. Customers will not be required to pay any extra fees at the time of delivery.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
