Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns & Fees
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A 10% restocking fee applies to all non-customized returned items. For customized items (including items with a custom name, number or any personalized details), a 25% restocking fee will be charged.

Order Cancellation
Customers have the right to cancel their order within 60 minutes of receiving their order confirmation. Cancellation requests submitted within this 60-minute period are eligible for a full refund of the total amount paid.

After the 60-minute cancellation period has expired, your order may have already entered the processing stage. At this point, we may have incurred costs related to order processing, production, customization, shipping label purchases or other fulfillment-related services. Therefore, any refund issued after this period may be reduced to cover such non-recoverable expenses, and the refunded amount may be lower than the original amount paid.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, undamaged and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@futivojerseys.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following country - Slovenia. (please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.)

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping informations, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. The item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
